Eli Teperberg together with Chava Teperberg founded “Teperberg Realty” Ltd. in 1987, as a “boutique like” family owned real estate agency.
This agency specializes in the oldest neighborhoods in the center and south of Jerusalem.
Eli lives in the German Colony since 1978 moving from the neighborhood of Rehavia where he grew up, and knows first hand the processes which these neighborhood- German Colony and the surrounding region, such as Greek Colony, Baka, Talbieh, Rehavia, and Old Katamon, go through.
Eli knows the plans of the urban development area, and municipal regulations that are planned and are intended to build in these areas, and will be happy to give his clients all the initial information and direct them to relevant professional bodies and construction licensing and planning processes.
Eli and the team maintain professional ethics and make sure to have cooperation with relevant brokerage offices in the area in order to get maximum exposure for the assets for sale, the new projects or entrepreneurial organizations.
